Locate Information
Search for information from books through the
Library Catalog.
Select Subject Words option from menu
Enter search terms for your topic
Example: Van Gogh
Locate items related to your topic in the catalog
Determine which library owns them
Locate NHC items in the library or request items from other libraries using your library card number
Consider checking
Oxford Art Online on or off-campus
, Dictionary of Art, (REF N31 .D5 1996) or
World Encyclopedia of Art (REF N 31 .4833) for background information
Additional books on your topic may be available through
netLibrary (NOTE: requires free registration to view books - also available off campus with valid library card),
local library catalogs, and
WorldCat, an international library catalog - also available off campus.
