  • Cash, check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards accepted. Checks and money orders must be for exact amount.

  • Mailed registrations may be paid by check, money order, or credit card. Include credit card number, expiration date and signature.

  • Telephone, internet and fax registrations must be paid by credit card.

  • Receipts are mailed for fax registrations by request only.
