
Application Process
Schedule a personal interview with Nancy Lim, Program Director, preferably at least one month before beginning the program.
Bring with you to the interview:
- Complete the Pharmacy Technician Program Application.
- If applying for the AAS Degree, bring proof of registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
- Pharmacy work history (if any) for evaluation for Prior Learning credit. (A nominal fee is required for assessment of previous work experience)
Incomplete applications will not receive a complete department review. Each applicant is responsible for contacting the pharmacy technology office to confirm whether the application is complete. NOTE: Prior to graduation from the AAS degree program, students must submit passing THEA exam scores in reading, writing, and math or complete Lone Star College System Studetn Success Initiative (SSI) requirements.
